As part of its activities in line with the feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the Ateneo Student Government Organization (ANSGO) successfully held the HAPAG-ASA Fun Run last January 15, 2011.

Approximately, 50 people participated in this remarkable endeavor. There were students, teachers and even parents who joined. The said Fun Run started 7:30 in the morning. The route for the activity started in front of the Four Pillars, passing through the rotunda near Avida, travelling through the Phelan Drive until they reached the gate in Grandview. Looking tired from all the running and walking, they journeyed back to where they started which was also the finish line. The whole track for the Fun Run was almost 5 km in distance.

John Paul Noora, a senior student, topped the men’s division with a total time of 24 minutes and 14 seconds. On the other hand, Susan Rosanes, a mother of a junior student, placed first in women’s category with the time of 40 minutes and 14 seconds.

The said event was suppose to be done December of last year. However, due to the bad weather accompanied by heavy rains, it was postponed until it was finally accomplished last Sunday.
