Students proved again that more than academic foundation is spiritual development as they conducted the outreach-catechism to pupils of Grandview Elementary School in Pacol, Naga City last October 26, 2009.

 

First students from Learning Groups 1229 and 1430 taught pupils the basics of praying the rosary. They taught the formula prayers and the mysteries of the Rosary.

 

As gifts, the freshmen distributed rosaries to the pupils. The rosaries were personally handcrafted by the first year students, which at the same time, served as project in Religion classes.

 

The program was spearheaded by the Religion Department of the the Ateneo High School under the leadership of Mr. Niño Solomo and Mr. Mario Francis Embestro.
