Leo Angelo A. Rull of the Ateneo High School Class of 2004 topped the October 2009 Electronic Communications Engineer Licensure Board Examination as he landed 5^th among a number of examinees.

Rull, who took the October 2009 licensure exam given by the Profesional Regulatory Board, graduated this year with flying colors from the Ateneo de Naga University College of Engineering.  

Rull was a consistent honor student back in high school and was a high performer both in academics and extracurricular activities.
