Seeking to inculcate decorum and grace to young ladies of the Ateneo High School, the Guidance Department conducted its first –time project dubbed Girls’ Talk last June 10 and 15, 2010 at the Covered Courts. 

 

To better accommodate the students, the Guidance Department divided the big group of female attendees into two.  Each was assigned a schedule. One group was comprised of freshmen and sophomores and the other, of juniors and seniors. 

Mrs. Fatima May Alarcon, the main speaker of the seminar, was assisted by Ms. Cathy Villaroya.  The former started the seminar by pointing out the negative things the other schools think about female Ateneans.  She clearly emphasized the importance of changing this kind of perception through a PowerPoint presentation.  The presentation contained the crucial issues on hygiene, sophistication, behavior and relationships.
