The Student Activities Program provides activities for the development of students outside the classroom. The activities are divided into co –curricular, extra – curricular and invitational. The co – curricular activities are those directly supervised by the academic departments of the school. The extra – curricular activities, on the other hand, are those sponsored by various student organizations for special formation and development of students. There are also invitational activities, usually academic contests sponsored by government and non – government and private agencies where the school is invited to join.

As a rule, a student may be a member of a number of organizations provided that he/she is able to manage his/her time.

The performance of a student in the organizations is evaluated and indicated in the student’ report card as a non – credit Student Activity Elective.

Through the annual Intramurals and PisTaym, the students are given the chance to discover if not harness their capabilities in sports, academic and cultural activities. The Ateneo De Naga Student Government (ANSGO), the Learning Groups and other student organizations also provide students with a variety of well – organized events and programs such as Multiple Encounters, Ignatiana Outreach, Class Outings among others. Moreover, academic contests sponsored by government and private agencies give the students opportunities to expose and share their God – given talents to others. All these activities make an Atenean’s high school life truly exciting and worth remembering.
